IGPI supported the client in shaping a new business concept by first conducting a comprehensive assessment of the ASEAN decarbonization and energy market landscape. This included analyzing market trends, regulatory developments, and demand drivers.

Building on this foundation, IGPI evaluated the client’s competitive strengths and positioning relative to key competitors. Based on these insights, we identified prioritized business opportunities and developed concrete solution concepts tailored to market needs.

In addition, IGPI supported the client in selecting target countries for initial entry and identifying potential local partners to enable market penetration and execution.
