After joining Cap Gemini and Coca Cola, Kohki joined Revamp Corporation where he managed projects on global expansion and turnaround in various sectors including F&B, healthcare, retail, IT, etc. After joining IGPI, he has managed projects mainly on global expansion and cross border M&A in various sectors such as logistics, IT, telecom, retail, etc. In addition to his broad experience in implementing solutions that has been developed in Western countries, he has developed multiple methods to turnaround Asian companies with focus on setting clear vision and employee empowerment. Kohki has proven the practicality of these methods by turning around Asian companies not only as an advisor but also as senior management. He graduated from Waseda University Department of Political Science and Economics and IE Business School
Before joining IGPI, Ryota worked in Deloitte Consulting in Singapore, where he was a leader in the areas of Consumer Business and Supply Chain & Logistics in Southeast Asia. His areas of expertise are Strategy & Operations such as market entry, Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy, business due diligence, and PMI. He started his career with A.P. Moller-Maersk Group as a management trainee and also worked for Kurt Salmon, where he had vast project experiences especially in Supply Chain & Logistics for the retail and consumer goods clients. Ryota graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University.
Rachit Khosla has rich experience of leading and executing market entry and growth strategy engagements for Fortune 500 businesses and large MNCs across Asia. He has advised clients in a diverse range of industries including automotive, fintech, industrial, med-tech & healthcare, construction materials, IT & telecom to name a few. Rachit was the former country manager for Solidiance Asia Pacific and has also previously headed an online B2B marketplace startup focused on Emerging Markets. Rachit holds a Master’s degree with Merit in Global Business Analysis from Manchester Business School, UK and an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from India. Rachit also holds numerous certifications from prestigious institutions including INSEAD and Wharton. He speaks fluent English and Hindi. Rachit has lived in 3 countries and has set foot on ~40 countries. He is always busy planning his next trip for work or leisure.
Before joining IGPI, Erwin was part of KPMG Corporate Finance team in Indonesia, where he led various cross-border transactions, working with both local/ regional and global players. He also acted as engagement lead for a handful of Corporate Finance strategy/ advisory engagements for Indonesian state-owned enterprises, including an engagement for a major strategic national project, a government-to-government cooperation between a consortium of Indonesia state-owned enterprises and a consortium of leading Chinese corporations. Erwin’s areas of expertise are in M&A deal management (both buy-side and sell-side), deal structuring, valuation and commercial due diligence, market analysis, and project management. He has also spent a number of years working within the investment and fund management (particularly for Real Estate Private Equity Funds) division of major developers such as Mapletree, Lendlease, Savills IM, and CFLD, where he helped with deal execution and origination, capital raising, fund creation/ development, and management. Erwin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University with a Major in Finance and he is also a CFA Charterholder.
Before joining IGPI, Tatsushi has worked in Mizuho Bank and Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory(DTFA) in Japan. At DTFA, he belonged to the Corporate Strategy team, specializing in business strategy planning, M&A advisory, and business due-diligence. He was also engaged in crisis management, supporting clients to tackle emergencies. He has profound experience in the energy, consumer, and financial industries. He covered a wide range of clients including Private Equity Funds and large-sized companies. Tatsushi graduated from Waseda University with a B.A. in International Political Science and Economy. He enjoys traveling and watching baseball in his free time.
Jongwoo has worked in ABeam Consulting Ltd, where he engaged in various consulting projects including development of business plans, creating go-to-market strategy, hands-on supporting in several B2B industries such as energy, automotive, IT etc. He not only develops strategy but also support clients’ execution of the plan, such as searching for strategic alliance partner and approaching them. He started his career as an auditor in KPMG Japan, leading an audit team for foreign investment banks, and also provided regulation related advisory service to Japanese financial institutions. He has bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Tokyo. He can speak Korean, Japanese and English.
Before joining IGPI, Tadasuke worked in an IT company and Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting in Japan, where he engaged in consulting projects, such as new business development and formulation of long-term corporate visions in various industries: automotive, logistics, retail, finance, etc. He also worked with government agencies on rulemaking. He has experience in hands-on new business development while on loan to Toyota Motor Corporation’s R&D department. Tadasuke graduated from the University of Tokyo with a B.A. in Language and Culture and acquired a certification from the Graduate School of Public Policy of The National University of Singapore. He enjoys traveling and has visited around 50 countries.
Prior joining IGPI, Kaoru has worked at Toyota, BMW and Boston Consulting Group, primarily specializing in the Automotive and Mobility sector and with exposure to wider industrial sectors. Kaoru has both internal and external strategy experience with deep understanding on ‘What’ is most important for all stakeholder’s future. He has end-to-end experience from corporate and enterprise level planning to all the way down to the operational planning. Kaoru is a holistic all-rounder in engaging with both strategical and operational stakeholders throughout the company. Past achievements include crisis turnaround plans, long and mid-term vision plans, CEO’s company goal plans and sales & market operational plan plus delivery to name a few. Kaoru has graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce.
Marcus has started his career with IGPI. He graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Finance. During his time in university, he has gained overseas internship experiences in the chartering and offshore industry. Marcus is proficient in English and Mandarin. His interests include travelling, golfing and cooking.
Zhi Hao started his career with IGPI. He graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Finance. During his penultimate year, Zhi Hao embarked on an internship in Corporate Advisory, where he was engaged in M&A, financial due diligence, and valuation projects across various industries. He also worked as a Research Assistant at SMU, where he performed academic research on real estate investment trusts. Zhi Hao is proficient in English and Mandarin. He enjoys keeping up with the latest developments in consumer technology such as smartwatches and mobile operating systems in his free time.
Prior to joining IGPI, Matthias worked as an Investment Associate in Belt Road Capital, Real Estate Investment team, a private equity investment manager focus on investments within the Greater Mekong Sub-region. The real estate fund manages opportunistic and value-add assets, where he worked on acquisitions, joint-ventures and end-to-end asset management of real estate assets. During his tenure, he was also responsible for deal origination, market study, product positioning, financial analysis, due diligence and fund structuring for the firm’s real estate investments. Matthias holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA charterholder. He is proficient in English and Mandarin.
Before joining IGPI, Tian Jin started his career at Ernst and Young Singapore in the Assurance service line, where he led digital audits and reviewed operational controls of healthcare, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies. During his time in university, he also worked at an e-commerce start-up performing business development, online marketing and search-engine optimization. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy). Tian Jin is proficient in English and Mandarin. He is passionate about corporate and social responsibility and volunteers regularly with numerous non-profit organizations to give back to society. In his leisure time, he enjoys football, music and chess.
Nicholas graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Finance. During his time in university, he gained internship experience at OCBC bank where he took on a compliance role responsible for AML and Counter Terrorist Financing. He was also a Teaching Assistant for Financial Markets and Investments, and a Research Assistant for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). In his final year, Nicholas embarked on an experiential learning course where he formulated strategies to increase e-commerce sales for an MNC. Nicholas is proficient in English and Mandarin. During his leisure time, he enjoys pursuing his interest in photography and cruising on his longboard.
Prior to joining IGPI, Febrizal worked at YCP Solidiance and PwC Indonesia, where he successfully completed a range of consulting projects, including market entry strategy, growth strategy, and business model identification, across diverse industries such as Agriculture, Automotive, and Industrial. He has extensive experience in M&A activities, including conducting commercial due diligence, valuations, and providing deal advisory services (connecting buy-side and sell-side). Febrizal holds a degree in Economics from Binus University.
Jun Jie started his career with IGPI. He graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Strategic Management. During his penultimate year, he completed an internship with Amazon Web Services (AWS), under the APJ Cloud Intelligence team. During his tenure, he spearheaded the development and launch of an internal knowledge management platform and actively contributed to the creation of competitive intelligence content to empower field teams with valuable insights into AWS differentiators in compete situations. He also completed an internship with YCP Solidiance where was involved in developing a market entry strategy for the firm’s portfolio business to enter a new market through an in-depth market study and internal capabilities assessment. Beyond his internships, Jun Jie has engaged in numerous consulting projects with non-profit organisations in Singapore. These projects encompass a wide range of areas, including financial sustainability, impact assessment and SOP development. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Jun Jie enjoys pursuing his passions for travel, cooking, and physical fitness during his leisure time.
Ikki began his career with IGPI. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Project Management and Economics, and minoring in Infrastructure Management and Finance. During his junior year, he interned at IGPI Singapore and rejoined the team after two years. In his penultimate year, he interned at Infrastructure Asia, a facilitation office established by Enterprise Singapore and the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where he worked on projects such as a rooftop solar project in West Java. Ikki is fluent in Japanese, Mandarin, and English, and has a diverse background that includes studying in China and Japan.
